Sieg Heil Obama!

5 11 2008

So as I predicted, it appears that Obama has won the election to the President of the United States. Welcome to the down turn of what you used to know as the United States of America.

What’s worse, is the American public gave the House of [mis]Representatives, and the Senate to the Democrats as well. So now Obama and his puppet-masters, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, have Carte Blanche to push through any Social programs they deem necessary. What’s worse is they have the ability to put judges on the U.S. Supreme Court that will legislate from the bench.

So, spread the wealth everyone!

Happy Socialism!

Sieg Heil!

Hahaha…Socialists don’t say ‘Sieg Heil.’ That’s Facists; the military-corporate, freedom-reducing whores we just got rid of.

What are you going to whine about now?

Actually, It’s Nazi-ism, which, by definition, is not Facism.

And we increased the “freedom-reducing whores” this election, by adding more Pelosi and Reid Democrats to the House and Senate.

Here are some questions:
- So what are you expecting from “The Messiah”?

- You really like giving up your freedom of deciding for yourself how much, if any, of your hard earned money should go to other people? Or national programs?

- You want someone to force you to choose a specific healthcare plan, or a specific doctor?

- Do you want a crummy doctor because your good doctor either change professions or left the country because he was being forced to make a specific wage and charge an amount that may not cover his expenses?

- Do you wish to wait for 6 months to a year to have an MRI or CAT scan because the hospital cannot afford to purchase the machine or repair the existing one?

- Do you wish for you or your family member to be rushed to get out of the hospital because the insurance company has to save money and has a limit on the number of days you can stay in the hospital per procedure due to costs?

I can go on, but I’m whining about reality again. Not living in your Utopia.

He’s no-one’s (except maybe Oprah’s) messiah and none of those things are going to happen, so they’re not really worth talking about. I am curious though how you’ve “chosen for yourself” how much money to give the government and where it goes up until now. Nice trick!

It’s clear that you’re terrified. This has been brought about by the party I assume you support. They governed by fear. And now people are scared. No surprise really.

Have you been following the press coverage in the media? They certainly are portraying him as the savior of the USA from the “tyrannical G.W.” (see her for a great article outlining this: http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/features/article2141868.ece ) and freedom for science, the arts, and “the downtrodden”. As for Chosen, we all choose when we elect a president. Bush lowered taxes and therefore I choose to keep more of my money by voting for him.
As far as “terrified”, please stop spewing extremist rhetoric. We do worry that Obama will be able to push forward more socialist leaning policies that will harm the country, slow the economy, and keep us from earning more money. When you have less government, capitalism works. I agree we need to keep business from polluting, harming, and taking advantage of consumers, but it needs to be as little as possible to allow business to grow, create new jobs, and expand our economic base. Democrats believe that big government is the solution. Government is the solution of last resort due to its inefficiency, expense, and the force with which it comes. Better to get out of the way and let the “invisible hand” of capitalism work.

George W. Bush grew the government at a greater rate than has ever been seen in this country’s history. It’s why even many traditional Republicans turned their backs on the party this past election.

Government’s involvement in arts and the downtrodden can always be suspect, but a government that actively eschews science (even while growing at record pace) to instead embrace faith-based initiatives and other such hocum is one step away from not just the Ayatollah but pre-dark ages Christianity.

W. also presided over creation of our current economic problems. But I guess you’re right, he was doing a pretty great job. Especially when you add in getting other peoples’ kids killed in a war waged on false pretenses.

And if the Sun is the authority on any topic, we’re all in even worse trouble than this thread is discussing.

Goneshiny/Chris,
I’m assuming that you think this is a “pro W” comment. Not by any means. I couldn’t be more disappointed with someone who claims to be a Republican.

With that said, The economic problems we have now are only partially W’s fault. The Democratic Congress we had in the late 1990s and their mis-management of Fanny Mae/Freddy Mac and creating promissory notes to banks giving them preferential loans if the proliferate the crap known as sub-prime mortgages, and the crappy Congress we had in the W years also lead to the failure.

With all that, Socializing everything the way Barak Hussein Obama wants will lead to the continuation of the down turn of this economy.
