So, after watching 2 presidential debates, 1 vp debate, and watching all the ads in my home state, I’ve come to realize, that the schmoozing ability of Obama has won the people over. Yup, I’m predicting that Obama is going to win the Presidential nomination, but barely. No landslide.
Why?
Because of his feel-good, schmoozing abilities. The Democrats-In-Waiting, i.e. Moderates, in this country seem to believe that he would be a better statesman because he can talk smoothly. They forget all the times that he’s failed at speaking without a prompt of somekind. Or his lack of caring when he voted “Present” 90+ times during his tenure in the Senate.
His smugness and dripping patronism of the “working class” seems to have won over people that want to be won over. Reminds me of the “first black” President.
Let’s forget if he’s the right guy or not. “He’s cool”. “He understands me”. He’s never worked a day in his life yet we’re asking him to be the CEO of the worlds biggest economy, and the Commander-In-Chief of the world’s best military in history. Guess those have to go too.
He’s stated he loathes the military, that white people are evil (even though his grandmother who raised him is white), he lies consistantly, flip flops based on “what we want to hear”. But he sounds good doing it!
What’s he planning on doing? Raising taxes on businesses, thereby destroying our economy, just like Clinton. Universal (i.e. Government FORCED) Healthcare which will destroy our healthcare system, just like Clinton. He wants the government to control the finances of the country, Just like Clinton.
By the way, there was another guy who wanted to do this too. He said that the people belonged to the government, the government should control the economy, and businesses. He also said that the people should pay tribute to the government. He wrote a book entitled “The Communist Manifesto”. Maybe you’ve heard of him, Karl Marx.
Karl had some guys who agreed with him and in fact took his ideas and tried to run their countries the Marx way. There was a Euopean guy named Joseph, and another guy named Adolf that tried it and failed. Oh, and 2 other guys in Asia that tried it, Mau and and a little guy with glasses named Kim. Heck, Kim’s son still runs the place in the North!
So I guess Obama wants to show the world how to truely run a Marxist/Socialist country. Evidently, we Americans want that as well.
I wonder if Obama and Clinton use the same play book?

Senator Obama is going to run this country into mire of turmoil if he is elected. With all the social programs and other initiatives it is going to lead to a herculean amount of pressure on not only the working class and middle that Obama purportedly champions, but just as importantly if not more so, it is going lead to a undue amount of stress on the american small businessman/businesswoman who will bear the brunt of alot of these different things that the senator from Illinois wants to put in place.. People cry about people making money and actually having success, and feel that “oh poor me I can’t pay for ……. (Put in your own cant here). Here is the thing for people who are genuinely in need there are plenty of programs that are already in place to provide health care, food, and shelter for those who have physical and mental disabilities. But honestly it is no way shape or form fair to burden the people who are actually succeeding and fulfilling dreams in this country with the responsibility of taking care of people who are wanting a free ride and want Washington to coddle them. The book I read says a man does not work he does not eat. And all these programs that will undoubtedly be part of the new “Time For A Change” crowd,, will undoubtedly bring a new wave of illegal immigrants who will even further be burdens to society. I want to be very careful with that last comment, and state my grandfather immigrated legally to this country and arrived with $20 in his pocket. Paid taxes all of his life, and achieved his version of the American dream. I have no problem with people who follow the rules and do things according to the law (Gee That is a Novel Idea), but I have absolutely no patience for nor should I be expected to do so for those who would drain our country of resources without being hear legally. I guess thing is as of right now there is a perfect storm and his name is Obama. I only hope that on election day true patriotic Americans rise up and keep this cancerous growth out of office, and raise their voices up and say no to the socialistic ideals that will come if Obama is elected.
